JEREMY TAYLOR

President

Jeremy spent much of his professional life in Christian publishing, working as an editor and assisting many of the industry’s top authors in making their messages clear and compelling. He joined the board of Tyndale House Foundation in 2005 and moved to full-time leadership of THF in 2018. In his role as President of Tyndale House Foundation, he develops and cultivates partnerships with ministry organizations around the globe. He also serves as Chief Ministry Officer of Tyndale House Ministries, providing executive-level leadership to Tyndale’s publishing as well as philanthropic activities. In his spare time, he enjoys all things related to fitness and the outdoors, including CrossFit, cycling, running, mountain climbing, and camping. Jeremy holds a BA in Communications from Wheaton College and an MA in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Nancy, have five children and live in Wheaton, Illinois.

Grant Systems Manager

Lynn has worked with Tyndale House Foundation since 2015 in various roles and now oversees the grant process and software that THF uses for our grant application and grant database. Lynn received a BA in History from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and an MA in Biblical Archaeology from Wheaton College. She has spent over 10 years working with Tyndale, helping grantees with their applications and building relationships with partners. Lynn currently lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her two children.

Program Director

Kalee serves as the Program Director at Tyndale House Foundation, where she fosters and facilitates cross-cultural collaborations to address some of the most pressing issues facing the Global Church today. Driven by her passion for seeing the Church thrive, she is committed to empowering, equipping, and walking alongside those leading the way. With experience across multiple sectors—including operational efficiency, strategic planning, and crisis management, Kalee brings a well-rounded perspective to building partnerships and driving meaningful impact. Originally from Arizona, Kalee now resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with her two children.

Debbie Pederson

Debbie Pederson

Executive Assistant

Debbie works with Jeremy as the THF executive administrator. She envisions, strategizes, manages, and streamlines for Kingdom multiplication. Her professional background includes nine years at Tyndale House Ministries, where she copyedited manuscripts for four years and served as the THM talent manager for five years. Prior to her Tyndale experience, Debbie worked in the medical field and served in multiple international churches.
