• Yes. However, first-time applicants need to submit a request for an account in our system before they can submit a proposal. This request acts like a Letter of Interest and gives us a chance to get an overview of your organization and project. We review each request to determine whether your organization and project fit within our funding priorities. If your request for an account is approved, you may then submit a grant proposal via our online system. We also strongly encourage first-time grant applicants to set up a meeting with us before submitting a proposal.

  • We have two proposal deadlines—January 2 and July 2 each year. If your proposal is submitted by January 2, it will be considered in our April grant cycle. If your proposal is submitted by July 2, it will be considered in our October grant cycle. You can read more about our grant calendar and process on the Process 'page of our website.

  • If the submission deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next regular business day. For example, if July 2 falls on Sunday, the deadline will be Monday, July 3.
